HOW TO PARK AT REMBRANDT'S
If you decide to park in the rather inexpensive and easily accessible parking lot you probably need not read any further with the exception of looking at the directions and maps.
However, if you are determined to park on the street, rest assured it is easy and safe, but you would be wise to read the following to avoid tickets from the parking authority.
All of the streets around Rembrandt's allow parking. After 8:00PM, except for West 23rd St. South of Aspen where it is 10:00PM, it is permissible to park anywhere you find an open space that is not next to a fire hydrant, handicap parking sign or street crossing marks.
The problem becomes exacerbated when parking before 8:00PM. The neighborhood is pocketed with rather strange and sometimes unfathomable hourly parking restrictions.
For example;
On 22nd Street, from Fairmount to Popular there are no parking restrictions.
On Aspen street, from 22nd street to Croskey on both the north and south sides the parking is limited to one (1) hour from 8:00AM till 8:00PM, 7 days a week.
On Aspen Street, from Croskey to 23rd street on the south side of the street, the parking is limited to two (2) hours, from 8:00AM till 8:00PM, 7 days a week.
On Aspen street, from 23rd to 24th, parking is also limited to one (1) hour from 8:00AM till 8:00PM, 7 days a week.
On Aspen from Croskey to 23rd on the north side, (in front of Rembrandt's) there are no parking restrictions.
On Croskey Street, from Brown to Aspen, parking is limited to one (1) hour from 8:00AM till 8:00PM, 7 days a week.
On 23rd street from Aspen Street to Fairmount Avenue, parking is limited to 2 hours on the west side of the street from 8:00AM until 10:00PM. On the parking lot side (East), there are no parking restrictions.
On 23rd street from Aspen to Poplar Street, on there are no parking restrictions.
The blue numbers on the map below represent the number of hours you may park on that side of the street. Zero (0) means that there are no parking restrictions on those streets. The red star represents Rembrandt's and there is no Perot street in the middle.
I hope this information is helpful. Please enjoy your visit to Rembrandt's.
