This Polaroid was taken by Hugh Loomis.  He is a professional photographer who dabbles in SX-70 Polaroid prints.  The picture was taken as he was coming into Rembrandt's.  He created this final picture while at the table. 

He also asked me to mention that he and his companion enjoyed their brunch very much.
